I like your reasoning! Personally, I'm not such a big fan of Castiel - I mean, he's funny, I don't dislike him but I do believe his "tenure" is over. He's played his part, I think, and that's okay. Supernaural is not a show where everyone gets to live happily ever after. Only the boys get that because, well, without them, there would be no show.
But imo too, the Imapala is more important. She's their home, damn it ♥ She's Dean's baby!
